Jacqueline Garcia, age 61, of Moundville, died November 30, 2016, at home. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, December 5, 2016, at Taylorville Baptist Church with Dr. Curtis Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel Funeral Home & Cremations, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be Sunday, December 4, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Thomas Hosmer and grandson, Ryan Parker.Survivors include her daughters, Sonya Parker McAbee (Harold), Santa Garcia Asbury (Mike) and Sierra...

Visitation will be Sunday, December 4, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Thomas Hosmer and grandson, Ryan Parker.Survivors include her daughters, Sonya Parker McAbee (Harold), Santa Garcia Asbury (Mike) and Sierra Garcia Dunn (Mikey); sisters, Dolores McCutchen (Bryan) and Rebecca Dunn; brother, Stanley Hosmer; grandchildren, Marlena Parker, Brianna Asbury, Kylie Dunn and Braydon Asbury; bonus grandchild, Harlie Hubka; and great-granddaughter, McKinnley Ryan.Jackie was a loving momma, sister, aunt and friend but held her grandchildren closest to her heart. She was a member of Taylorville Baptist Church and loved her Sunday School class very much.Pallbearers will be Bryan McCutchen, Jerry Boothe, Mike Parker, Mike Dunn, Sr., Scott Hallman and David Abrams.Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Larry Skelton, Dr. Brendon McGuire, Amedisys Home Health of Fort Payne and Tuscaloosa and Amedisys Hospice of Tuscaloosa.A special thanks to DCH Credit Union, Sue McCutchen, Robert and Vicki Williams, Mike Parker, Scott Hallman and Nicole Hosmer Boothe for her love and care for her aunt Jackie.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Ryan Parker Memorial.Hook a line save a life at Alabama One Credit Union.
