Wolfinger and Maggie Hodges Wolfinger; her husband, 2nd LT USA Retired, Theodore L. Fawcett; one brother and five sisters. She leaves to cherish her memory: one daughter, Mary Ann Fawcett; two grandson's, Staff Sergeant Christopher B McRae (Elizabeth Leavelle) of El Paso, Texas and Zachary D. Williams of Jasper, Alabama; and one living sister, Barbara Taylor of California. Mrs. Fawcett was born of November 3, 1920, in Boynton, Oklahoma. Her family later bought and moved to a small farm in Muskogee, Oklahoma. In 1950, she met and married Theodore L. Fawcett and they moved to Alabama. She and her husband opened a business selling the Pfaff sewing machines where she taught many sewing classes. Additionally, she was a housewife with related responsibilities. Later, she went back to school for LPN licensure and worked in that field for over 20 years before retiring completely. During her years, she enjoyed taking care of her large rose garden, and traveling with her family around the Southeast and Midwest. Honorary pallbearers include the doctors and staff of Forest Manor Nursing Home and Hospice of West Alabama. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of West Alabama in honor of mother.
